Hey there, noticed you are using a 10.0 for your Veiled...they really should have a 5.0. 10.0 is for desert animals like beardies...chams are tropical and do not come in full contact with direct sunlight naturally in the wild. 10.0 are also linked to eye problems in Chameleons. If there is more info available else where what's wrong with pointing people in that direction? It's just for the betterment of the animal. I don't think she was trying to take people away from you.
