Looking at it that way is a tad black and white, it's not about the species. It's about the situation and the intent, one is about survival and food. The other is about cruel teenage boys. I see absolutely nothing wrong with feeding live food to your pet as a responsible pet owner, be it a bearded dragon or a snake that you feed anoles or common asian house geckos. Heck even if you post a video of your particular pet hunting its prey, I see nothing wrong with that; you see said thing in documentaries etc. Thus there's nought wrong with someone making a sort of home documentary of their pet hunting its prey.

Although I retract my previous statement re; sitting on the fence being almost as bad. The video stunned and disgusted me, no hard feelings.
