A little while ago someone dumped off a sulcata tortoise at the dog rescue, and instead of having the poor thing put down I had to take her...but I can not keep her any longer, I'm thankful enough that the place i live at right now allowed me to bring her back here temporarily.  But she now need a really good home.  She is free of charge to an AMZING family who will love her!  Her name is Nellie and she is 16 lbs, and one of the sweetest tortoises in the world!  She will literally come when called, it is SO cute!!!!!  Please let me know if you are interested, or have any questions......I am willing to ship if you can cover the shipping costs...

She looks like tortoises we have here in Tx out in the wild.  Could she not be turned loose, or sent to a zoo?  If not, how would she do just in someones back yard?
