I have the heating lamp for the cage but do i need a uv light or is letting in sun light form outside good enough. the window is about 4 foot form his cage and the window brightens the room a lot. is the window ok or do i need a light?

Light from a window brings UVA (heat) not UVB needed for the body to perform proper functions.
If you're able to use outside sunlight (directly) for the entire year, then you may elect that option. 
If not then you will require a UVB light such as the repti sun 10.

I do recommend if this is your first dragon, to not "try your luck".  the outcome of mis-guessing that is drastic.

so the uvb is a neccesity then so i need one of the bulbs? cuz i have a 150 wat light for his basking and that

Yes you need a quality UVB. The Zoo Med Reptisun 10.0 tube style (not coil) is the most recommended and it needs to be replaced usually every 6 months.

ty for the help i will go get one then so Sol can be nice and super healthy. that will help with color and to help digest food correct?

i gt my uvb lamp and bulbs last night rite before she fell asleep. Put her to sleep last night then hooked it up this monring before i woke her up. I can already notice she is more active brighter color and able to catch crickets easier. Even though she is still a lazy ass at catching crickets she waited for them to come past her basking area then goes at them.
